PROXIM Offer for Multiple Births (Triplets or More)
PROXIM offers you a $250 gift certificate redeemable in participating PROXIM branches.
To be eligible, you must send to PROXIM’s head office copies of the declaration of birth received at the hospital attesting the birth of your newborns. Upon receipt of the documents, we will forward to the PROXIM branch nearest you a gift certificate of $250 redeemable in participating PROXIM branches. You must present yourself at the branch to retrieve it.

This offer is valid only for multiple births (triplets or more) and babies most be under 1 year of age at the time of the request.
