Here is the all new Traveller’s Information card.

This small, practical card is a perfect complement to the About Health Traveller’s Health booklet. You can obtain it in one of our branches. Fill it out and keep it in your wallet. The information it contains could be useful to you during your trip and synthesizes your health condition well. Its bilingual version makes it easily understood by health workers here and abroad. They will be able to refer to it, if need be, in order to provide you with appropriate care.
