Osteoporosis

Answer: and

Osteoporosis is a disease which makes bones more fragile. Fragile bones, however, do not necessarily cause pain. People with osteoporosis often have no symptoms, but are more prone to fractures which, in turn, can be very painful.

To help prevent bone loss, make sure you get high levels of calcium (1,000 to 1,500 mg per day) and vitamin D (400 to 800 IU per day).
