Physical Activity

Answer:

We often hear that excessive sports training in children hampers their growth and causes too much strain on their bones.

Training that is structured to meet a child’s specific needs poses no health risk. Actually, getting a little out of breath on exercise equipment will only do them good! The key is to respect one’s rhythm, abilities and limits.
