- Only if the original item is defective

The sales location reserves the right to deny any refund or exchange if it fails to meet the criteria of Proxim return policy. Valid identification may be required prior to accepting merchandise for a refund or exchange.

- Defective products: Exchange only
- Electronic/electric with manufacturing defect: Less than one year: In store (exchange only with invoice) After one year: Contact the manufacturer
